    The villa is skilfully restructured in every detail as to provide its guests a warm atmosphere in a home away from home. It is furnished with antique Tuscan fittings along with modern amenities thoroughly. The villa belongs to an art collector from Rome and many pieces of his collection are shown in the house. It has been the choice of several ambassadors and public persons for a luxurious relaxing holiday. A large terrace with great views on the panoramic Tuscan landscape, ideal for family get-togethers as well as outdoor meals welcomes guests into the property. A covered patio provides a wrought iron table and chairs. Further on, the large eat-in kitchen has a French door leading to the surrounding garden. The dining room table seats eight persons and leads to the living room, equipped with two double sofa bed. The ground floor also comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Here, there is also located a professional sauna with chromo-therapy, music-therapy and biosauna for 5 people for a maximum of relaxation. The huge patio provides access to the upper level, opening up with a spacious second eat-in kitchen which is fully equipped, the latter leading to the wide dining room are, which is ideal for larger parties as well. Here the main entrance can be found, opening up to the covered patio area, and the path leading to the swimming pool and a shady picnic area. The well furnished living room area has several sofas, satellite TV and a beautifully carved stone fireplace, with olive wood floors. There are also two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms located on this floor.

    In the dining room, a staircase leads to the second floor and to the other two bedrooms with their own shared bathroom. There is available Internet non-stop ADSL. Outdoor, there is provided a barbeque area, furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. The fenced private park surrounding the villa offers about 30.000 sqm of meadows and ancient trees, where guests can enjoy walks and the tranquillity of the beautiful setting. Close to the villa, about 50 m away, there is located the large swimming pool of 8 per 16 m, with overwhelming view over the valley. A golf course at Poppi, tennis court, a beautiful lake and horse riding facilities are only 2 miles away from the villa. There are available mountain bikes; a 7-seat Nissan Terrano II with air conditioned, satellite navigator and leather interiors for the price of 350 Euro per week, or a Mercedes S3000 full optional (the price for the latter is to be agreed upon request). The villa is ideal for groups and families, as well as birthday and wedding ceremonies. You can have on request dinner in a nearby restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine. There is a private road leading to the property, therefore, you are guaranteed complete privacy.
