   Set in a fascinating and impressive landscape on a lush valley in Chianti, Villa Lucerna is a charming traditional farm house located in the small hamlet of Lucolena, surrounded by vineyards, chestnut trees, olive groves and Mediterranean forests, the ideal location for those willing to experience nature, craving for tranquillity, as well as for those eager to spend the day between a dive in the pool, a sunbath on the terrace or a casual stroll through one of the many antique villages to discover the history and art of Tuscany.

   The villa is an independent structure surrounded by a well cared garden dotted with fragrant flowers that leads to the private swimming pool, bordered in natural stone. Initially intended to be the owner’s family country home, the villa has been tastefully restored and stylishly furnished, offering an excellent level of comfort, along with preserving some of its best ancient elements such as the wooden doorway, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. On the ground floor, the living/dining room area is well furnished and is enriched with a splendid fireplace; the fully equipped kitchen has hobs, a large oven, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher; a guest toilet is also available here. A central staircase joins the two levels, leading to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and other two spacious twin bedrooms and a second bathroom with large shower. The bathrooms have been finished in marble. Another bedroom is available on the attic level, together with a small toilet room with washbasin. In the garden, there is available a barbeque area as well as a beautiful terrace overlooking the panoramic landscape.
