  The house has been recently renovated in order to provide guests the finest amenities, a well-appointed in comfort and style home away from home. The ground floor of the villa is a wide open area and consists of a large living room with open fireplace, a well-appointed dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is located a small portico that provides an outdoor dining area. Also, the first ground bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a disabled-access shower, while the second one has twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor provides four bedrooms, which respectively have a double bed and a bathroom with spa bath; twin beds and a bathroom with shower; twin beds and a small bathroom with shower; double bed; there is also a bathroom with shower. 

   There are also available air-conditioning and heating, Satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, ironing board and iron, built-in barbecue. It should be mentioned that the villa was designed with respect to natural environment, having used low-impact environmental solutions such as a ventilated roof space, solar hot water, dual water systems and rainwater tanks, and solar panels which produce sufficient electricity to meet all of the house needs, including air-conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

   Moreover, the villa is well positioned, as it benefits from easy access to the cultural and tourist destinations in the region. Among them, Lucignano -a mediaeval village- situated only 2 km away, fascinates through its original and unique elliptical plan and provides ample photo opportunities at each turn; at the same time, its small museum is of great interest too, being the host for numerous precious objects; another major point of attraction would be the church of San Francesco, built in the 14th century –harbouring Bartolo di Fredi frescoes. Furthermore, the vicinity of Lucignano to major roads facilitates the access to some of the most important cities in central Italy.
