Il Casolare is a beautiful mansion set on a 70 hectare-estate on the verdure hills of the Tuscan countryside, immersed into the traditional olive groves, vineyards, fields and cypresses, offering a breathtaking view of the Upper Tiber Valley panoramic landscape.
The spacious stone building was recently renovated with outmost respect to traditional Tuscan farmhouse elements, such as beamed ceilings, stone walls and tiled floors, while the interior is stylishly and comfortably furnished with antiques as well. A stone staircase interconnects the two floors, leading all the way to the attic. The ground level comprises a large kitchen equipped with stove, oven, fridge and washing machine; a spacious living/dining room enriched with a fireplace. The mezzanine floor has two bedrooms with a queen size bed each and two bedrooms with two single beds each; four bathrooms, from which one with a tub and shower and the remaining three with shower. The attic level has two single beds for children.
In the extensive garden lies the private swimming pool, being surrounded by lawns and a furnished 
pergola. Swimming in the oversized pool, 7 per 14 m or 21 per 42 ft, provides guests with a feeling of wellness throughout the journey. Il Casolare is strategically located, as it provides complete privacy for its guests along with easy access to intriguing tourist destinations from Tuscany and Umbria –the beautiful and artistic towns of Sanselpocro, located approximatively 5 km away from the farmhouse, renowned for the art work dating from the 14th and 15th century, as well as other memorable places such as Monterchi, Anghiari, Gubbio, Cortona, Assisi, the Franciscan Sanctuary in La Verna and Caprese.
