    Plunged in a traditional Tuscan setting, Villa Pia is a lovely country estate immersed in olive groves expanding all the way to Ciuffena and up to the mountains of Pratomagno which separate the Casentino from Valdarno and Chianti hills. Standing 450 m above the sea level, the villa can be reached by a private road of about 700 m weaving through ancient woods. The villa overlooks the medieval village of Loro Ciuffena situated 3 km far, accessible by feet along a path in the beauty and serenity of unspoilt nature. It is strategically positioned, as within similar distance major cultural and historical sites from Italy such as Firenze, Siena and Arezzo are to be accessible in less than an hour by car, while the surroundings are dotted with medieval hamlets and Romanesque parishes rich of history, as well as outlet shops with Italian famous brands. A specific feature is that the villa stands close to the biggest gold factory in the world, as well as Prada factory and other big outlets.

   The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and has Satellite TV. Outside, the fenced garden has a barbeque area with wood burning stove and it is equipped with outdoor furniture as to enjoy the wonderful weather and panoramic landscape that opens up before one’s eyes. Fur further enjoyment, a table tennis, Bowling Green and bicycle are to be used. Close, the swimming pool is dipped to benefit the beautiful view the setting has to offer. The house opens up with a large porch ideal for outdoor dining, with a hallway further on, leading to the stylish sitting room with lovely fireplace, kitchen/dining room area and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a single bed added, twin bedroom with a single sofa bed added, bathroom with shower. On request, a professional cook can prepare Tuscan traditional dinners for a delicious gourmet experience. Also, guests can buy extra virgin olive oil produced by the owners themselves.
