Imposingly standing atop the hillside, Villa Surano enjoys the overwhelming scenery of greenish Tuscan hills rolling up to the valleys below, with Monte Cetona and small old ancient towns making the vista a very special one. This charming farm house is situated in the countryside outside Chiusi, which is only 2 km far, enabling guests to benefit from the peaceful location, as well as the proximity of different shops and facilities.

Villa Surano is a biological farm extending on eight hectares of land rich in vineyard and olive trees, while two hectares of wood surround the estate. The two-storey house has been recently modernized with keeping traditional elements and can host up to ten people. On the ground floor there are located a spacious cosy dining room and sitting room with satellite TV, VCR and Internet Wireless speed connection to keep in touch if so wishing to, kitchen with cooking appliances and a lovely fireplace, store room with washing machine, two bedrooms of which one is twin and the other one has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are provided three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and another bathroom with hydro-massage tub. Surrounding the house there is a beautiful extensive garden overlooking the stunning landscape, with a barbeque and a wonderful swimming pool set right in the centre.
