   Villa Florence is located in the countryside of Florence, eight kilometres far from the Cathedral and enjoys a panoramic position in an exclusive context just a few hundred metres away from the most important Medici villas and famous Etruscan archaeological finds. The 19th century structure is surrounded by a garden of cypresses, lemon trees and old Tuscan "terra cotta" urns which leads into an olive grove typical for these hills and which then reaches a swimming pool overlooking Florence.

   It has the atmosphere of a comfortable, exclusive and refined country mansion and comprises three floors. On the right of the entrance there is located a large dining room with a splendid antique fireplace and dining table that seats up to 16 people, which leads to a kitchen in white Carrara marble and green marble from Alps that is equipped with all necessary facilities. Further, the living room is a well lit wide area beautifully decorated with ancient carpets and precious silk curtains and with two large and comfortable sofa and armchairs. A French door opens onto a charming terrace which is an ideal place for dining “al fresco”; barbeque is available as well. 

   The villa provides a total number of eight double bedrooms with antique furniture and carpets and all of them benefiting from orthopaedic mattresses, air conditioning, heating and mosquito screens. The ground level has 4 spacious double bedrooms: the first with a panoramic small balcony, the second one with private bathroom in pink marble from Portugal, the third with an open view to the stunning Tuscan landscape through the four large windows and the last one with parquet floor and an ancient bed in brass. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, the tower of the house has been transformed into a stylish suite. There is also located another well furnished bedroom with a bathroom with shower in green marble. A laundry room is available as well. The swimming pool just a few metres away from the villa offers commanding views of Florence and is surrounded with comfortable sun beds. Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome drink with refreshments from local products, in accordance to the corresponding season.
