   The entrance to the house leads to a spacious farmhouse kitchen, with a dining table that seats 14 people. It is tastefully furnished with lovely dark wood or handcrafted iron furniture and splendid terracotta clay on the floors. From here you have access to the first bedroom with direct access to the surrounding lawn and garden. On the ground level, there is located a small cupboard area and bathroom along with a well lighted sitting room with Sat TV. On the upper level, there is a charming wooden landing with iron handrail that leads to a small comfortable lounge to enjoy your restful stay, where there is also located the rear entrance. On the second floor there is another double bedroom and inside a bathroom with shower, the former with traditional Tuscan ceiling and wooden floor, its furniture representing a perfect combination of modern and classic style. Another double bedroom is enriched with a beautiful fireplace and adjacent to it –a bathroom with shower. The next bedroom has a double bed as well and is a very spacious and lighted area, carefully furnished in a classic style; the bathroom is equipped with bath tub. Another bedroom is supplied with a double canopy bed and has an impressing slanting ceiling; the bathroom has a shower.

   The main entrance opens up to the lawn and a beautiful little terrace which will be a wonderful gathering place at mealtimes. It is supplied with comfortable accommodation along with a well furnished small kitchen and another room with barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Downstairs, there is a small bathroom with a shower and changing rooms for the swimming pool, which is just few meters away from them. Its dimensions are 6x12 m and it provides Jacuzzi type water jet on the steps.

   The villa is also an ideal starting point to further explore Chianti, Florence and Arezzo. At the same time, the nearest golf course is located only 20 minutes away from it.  All these taken into account, Casale Crespi is designed to offer the best opportunity to experience the true Tuscan lifestyle.
