   Verdant little hills merging into each other, scattered with vineyards and century-old cypresses, and narrow streets crossing the valleys bellow is the typical view that the house opens up to reveal from its elevate positioning, being perched atop on one of these hills. Totally secluded, the villa enjoys yet the proximity of historical and cultural sites, among which Montespertoli is about 10 km away; Florence is to be found in less than 35 km; Volterra at 20 km, San Gimignano at 15, Pisa at 50 and Siena at 60 km. In the immediate vicinity, at a 3-kilometre distance away, guests can visit the village of Certaldo, where Boccaccio, the world renowned Italian writer was born. Here, guests will also be able to take advantage of the numerous facilities provided, such as different shops, banks, a pharmacy and a postal office, while great local restaurants abound the place.

   The structure has a squared shape with a “pigeon tower”, characteristic for the area, and has undergone complete restructuring recently. A beautiful garden embraces the house, offering enchanting views on the panoramic landscape as well as a lovely swimming pool, for a refreshing experience. The house is disposed on two levels, with the additional pigeon tower. The ground floor includes a small living room, large lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, each with direct access to the garden, as well as a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room and WC. On the upper level, there are seven double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom is exquisitely furnished and depicts a harmonious combination of colours and fittings, creating a special atmosphere throughout, as well as different views of the surrounding hills. A spiral staircase from one of these leads to the pigeon tower, where there is placed an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, together with two lovely terraces on each side, enjoying commanding views on the typical scenery.
