   Villa Nella is a charming bi-familiar accommodation ideally located at a 20-minute walking distance from the sea and only 2 kilometres away from the centre of Rocco which is renowned as the gastronomic capital of Liguriaa, as well as other beautiful cities such as Camogli, Genoa Nervi, Portofino, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre. The house is plunged in a 3000-square metre forest of century-old olive trees.

   The house is divided into two totally secluded apartments. The first apartment extends on about 200 square metres and comfortably accommodates 12 persons in three carefully-furnished bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with WC/bidet/shower, of which one has a Jacuzzi as well. The first bedroom has a double bed and two other single beds; the second bedroom has a double bed, while the third one has two single beds. The living room area boasts two single beds in a reserved area and a double sofa bed. Also here, there is provided a bathroom with WC/bidet/shower. A few steps away from the lovely terrace lies the shared swimming pool. The second apartment has an area of approximatively 100 square metres and can host up to eight people in two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with three sofa beds. Outdoor, an equipped terrace is ideal to enjoy the fresh morning breath.
