  The location of the villa is ideal to discover the countryside of Tuscany, with its ancient hamlets, along with the cultural and historical great cities of Italy, as guests can easily reach the century-old villages of Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Monterchi, Citerna, Caprese Michelangelo, La Verna, and the beautiful cities of Arezzo, Cortona and Poppi. At an hour driving distance, the world renowned cities of Florence, Siena, Perugina, Assisi, Gubbio and Rimini can be visited. Within little time, you can even reach a beautiful country located on the territory of Italy, the Republic of San Marino. Italy is world famous for its great cuisine among others and you will have the chance to taste authentic Tuscan delicious dishes in a restaurant close to the villa at very reasonable prices. Furthermore, there are cafes, shops, a bank and tennis courts within 9 km from the villa.

  The villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. The villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor there are located a large lounge/dining area with beautiful view over the garden; a public room with a lovely fireplace and a store cupboard; a bar/games room; a large, well-supplied kitchen with its own fireplace and an eye-level oven; a laundry room with a washing machine and a sink; and 2 bathrooms. The second floor has 9 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

  Outdoor, guests will simply love the facilities designed to make them feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay here: a large private car park; children will enjoy playing in the special area in the garden; a 12x6 swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, parasols and bathroom with shower to fully relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun, as well as a barbecue and veranda with various toys and games.
