On the first floor there is a secondary entrance from the garden, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two more double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one extra room full of wardrobes. The pool is pre-fabricated, the size is 6x3, the deep is 1,10 meter, the shape is oval. It is located under the house (not far from the house). It is for the exclusive use of the people staying at the house. The location of the house is secluded and very panoramic position, 11 km far from the historical centre of Lucca, 40 km far from the international airporto of Pisa, 25km far from the versilian beaches as Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago Pucini, Viareggio. The garden is equipped with bbq, table and chairs.
