Set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Villa Elisabetta is located only few kilometres away from Arezzo, being an ideal point to visit the old hamlets surrounding it, as well as the beautiful art cities of Florence, Siena, Perugia and Cortona.

The villa consists of two levels and provides eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, being able to accommodate 20 people. The bedrooms overlooking the Tuscan landscape are elegantly furnished preserving some traditional elements such as beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floor, wrought iron or wooden beds, as well as wooden doors and windows. On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room with a cosy fireplace and a large kitchen with dishwasher. It is possible to have breakfast and, on request, dinner, with local products.

Outside, in front of the house, the swimming pool provided with a shower and open during summer time offers great views across the region. An extensive garden surrounds the estate from all sides and offers great possibility for guests to fully enjoy their stay at the villa, as a game area with table tennis and table football is provided under a wooden arbour, as well as a children area by the swimming pool, equipped with swings and a slide; a small football field and a barbeque area are available on one side of the house. It also provides the opportunity to organize different events on the property.
