Podere Bellavista is a splendid farmhouse villa placed on the slopes of Monte Faete, with two of Europe'’s most beautiful unspoilt beaches, Gianella and Alberese Marina located roughly an hour driving distance away from it. The property stands in a region of outstanding untainted beauty, scattered with Etruscan and Roman remains, as well as medieval and Renaissance towns and villages, to be discovered and explored.

The villa was set on twelve hectares, being hidden in rolling meadows and was recently restored and elegantly furnished maintaining at the same time the original traditional elements, in order to provide guests a genuine Italian experience. The kitchen/dining room represents a wide area and is fully equipped with all necessary facilities, with a dishwasher and washing machine among them. The adjacent living room has an open fireplace and Sky TV. The beautiful veranda is shady, being a perfect retreat during sunny days, as well as an ideal place for outdoor meals. The farmhouse also provides four bedrooms, each comfortably accommodating two, from which two are double, while the remaining two are twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Both the house and gardens offer overwhelming views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The swimming pool is 6 per 12 m and is ideal for soaking the incredible climate. Also, guests can enjoy local festivals in the area; open air classical concerts are hosted by the nearby towns of Santa Fiora, Arcidosso and Roccalbegna.
