Overlooking the Lucca city valley, it reveals in the distance the imposing medieval church towers. Outside, a fenced terrace is ideal for outdoor meals, enjoying the spectacular landscape the valley offers. The area is well furnished with outdoor furnishings for a restful time. Nearby, a barbeque area is available. Around 40 m away from the house, the fenced 4x8 m swimming pool lies in the tranquillity of the olive grove, with panoramic views on the city of Lucca. For complete enjoyment, shady umbrellas, chairs and table surround the pool. For children’s safety, a little gate can be locked here.

   The house does not provide air conditioning, as its hillside location does not require it, staying cool throughout the summer; however, there are fans in each bedroom. The structure extending on 150 sqm comprises two levels and sleeps comfortably 8 people. The ground floor includes a completely supplied kitchen, spacious cosy living room with two sofa beds and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a little lumber room. The upper floor has two bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. A paved exclusive road of about 1 km in length leads to the villa. The owner lives in one side of the villa, but the guests are guaranteed complete privacy, as the garden, terrace, pergola, barbeque, outdoor furnishings are at their exclusive disposal; also, the owner leaves for work early in the morning and returns around 7 o’clock, so that relaxing and privacy is absolutely guaranteed.
