   Villa dell’Olivo extends over the Aretine Chianti hills at the foot of Pratomagno mountains, between Arezzo and Florence, lying in a typical Mediterranean landscape surrounded by vineyards, chestnut, beech and olive trees, with a fine view over Arno Valley to the Sienese Chianti hills beyond. Besides the world famous beautiful art cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena reachable in half an hour, in five minutes guests can reach the antique town of Loro Ciuffenna with its majestic Romanesque bridge, overlooked by the 11th century church of S. Pietro at Gropina, which is declared a national monument; within a small driving distance there is also located the charming village of Castelfranco dating from the 13th century, maintaining up to nowadays its Medieval architectural characteristics.

   Originally built in 1806, the villa has been carefully restored and furnished in harmony with the Tuscan rustic style, maintaining its wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and antique wood-burning bread oven. The structure comprises three levels, each with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is located a living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV; kitchenette with a microwave oven, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a small covered terrace area. The first floor has a spacious dining room with a fireplace, kitchen supplied with cooker, fridge and dishwasher, and has access to a large terrace with panoramic view. On the second floor there is a recreation area with satellite TV and phone line for Internet access; a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower and access to the garden with hydro-massage tub. A well cared private garden encircles the house and provides a barbeque area. At the same time, the swimming pool overlooks the beautiful countryside landscape and has an adjacent solarium and hydro-massage tub. There is also available a laundry area with two washing machines and a shaded car park.
