   Villa Casa Antica is nestled in the traditional picturesque village Renai, situated up to 3 km away from Castelfiorentino and offers spectacular countryside vineyards and olive groves view. In the region of Castelfiorentino there are available a railway station, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacies, hospital, all kind of stores, gyms and beauty centres.

   Preserving the ancient rural nature and character of the old hayloft structure was the main purpose throughout the complete restoration performed by the owner himself, recovering and safeguarding the old original materials, natural elements, for providing you with the best countryside experience in complete comfort and relax. For ages a deposit for wagons, now the dining room is well-appointed for its guests, where they can enjoy the warmth of an ancient-structure fireplace, like the bricks themselves. A wide corridor leads to the kitchen, which faithfully preserves old Tuscan farmhouse elements like the particular sink in stone, chiselled by hand.

   The five bedrooms are spacious and lighted, while offering a stunning view of the waved hills of Tuscan countryside; their names - Camelia, Glicine, Malva reale, Calendula and Caprifoglio remind us about the magical colours and delicious scents nature can offer. The Caprifoglio layout is designed to remove any access obstacles for people with disabilities, as well as the adjacent bathroom. The three bathrooms are enriched with live colours of Vietri's hand painted tiles.

   From May to September, the swimming pool is exclusively available in the olive grove, which is located in the rear part of the house, with annexed solarium zone. Among the main facitilies available are Satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo, washing machine, hoover, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven. The hayloft has a large garden, from where you can enjoy the overwhelming view of Tuscan hills and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sunset; our panoramic terrace, well furnished, is always inviting to experience the joy itself right in the heart of Italy.
