It is conveniently located only 1 km away from Foiano della Chiana, a medieval etruscan center in Arezzo, where services of any kind are provided, and it is an ideal starting point to visit the wonders of Tuscany and Umbria.

   Initially built in 1925, it has been enlarged in 1999, while the native part was renovated thoroughly. The house features modern furnishings and first class amenities so that guests enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience here. Extending on 450 square meters, the accommodation includes three wide living room areas, two kitchens, eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms of which one is equipped with Jacuzzi and an additional external laundry-bathroom, providing a total of 18+6 beds.

  The property can be accessed through two iron gates with an automatic distance opening which open up to reveal the 5000 square meter garden entirely fenced. Just a few metres away from the villa the beautiful 6x12 m swimming pool lies, with Roman staircase and an ancient porch of wood and bricks. Nearby, a large whirlpool tub for 6 is available, which can be used also during low and middle seasons. In a beautiful garden corner, an iron gazebo with table and wooden chairs stands. The wide green space surrounding the house provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy your stay at the villa, among which playing soccer or celebrating different events. There is wide parking space as well. Adjacent to the garden, a 6000 square meter wood with Tuscan typical secular trees lies, which can also be used like parking space for weddings and other events on the property.

Reservation confirmed within 5 days after the booking form reception. A 25% caution deposit of the total price must be paid (by bank transfer) within 5 days after our confirmation. The other 75% must be paid on arrival to the property in Euro cash, or at least 60 days before through banking discount. At arrival, guests are required to provide the owner the deposit bank transfer receipt, and a list of all the guests including the name, the last name, the date and the place of birth, the nationality, the postal code and the address of residence, the photocopy of an Identity Card or Passport.

The arrival -Saturdays afternoon between the 16,00 and the 19,00. Departure –on Saturday between 8,00 and 10,00 of departure Saturday.

Rental price includes: water, light and gas expenses for use of kitchen. Heating is to be paid according to consumption.

The outdoor Jacuzzi (SPA) can be used for the cost of 5 euros per hour.

Animals are allowed (dog or cat) with an additional payment of € 50 a week.

Celebrations of marriage on the property with lunch or dinner included for the price of 1,000 euros.

At arrival € 1.000 deposit is required for material damages, if any, to be deducted.
