Villa Carla is a splendid holiday villa set on a hilly position in the centre of the green National Park of Maiella, at a 20-minute driving distance from Adriatic cost and few miles from the small shopping village San Martino sulla Marrucina. It is also an ideal base to discover Italian art, food and nature, as well as tour Abruzzo.

Outdoors, a large fenced garden surrounding the villa guarantees complete privacy for its guests. Indoor, the house is equipped with all modern amenities and can comfortably host an extended family group in 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is located a very spacious rustic kitchen with a fireplace and two chestnut wood tables, as well as two large bedrooms, with twin and double bed; a double bed sofa studio; a TV room; a bathroom with shower; a veranda and a garage. Internal staircase leads to the first level, where there are located three double and twin bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom; a cosy double bed living room, sitting room furnished with sofa and armchairs and a dining area; a completely equipped kitchen with a beautiful fireplace; a larder room; a large bathroom, veranda and balcony. The roof of the building is a wide terrace equipped as a solarium. A large swimming pool is available, along with a private pinewood. It can meet the needs of the most people, as different activities can be performed here, such as trekking, relaxing walks in the beautiful National Park, horse riding or gulf within few minutes from the house.
