     Villa Rosalinda is a luxurious farm house located right in the very centre of Tuscany, in an ideal position to visit one of the most beautiful regions in the world. It is set in the marvellous Monteferrato park, an oasis of beauty and peace, being surrounded by 600 hectares of protected area, with a stunning countryside view. This beautiful setting will make your stay an unforgettable one. 

    Originally built in the 19th century, the villa has been subject to major restructuring in 1999, being tastefully furnished with all modern amenities together with antique fittings, much attention having been paid to the details in order to create a warm and cosy atmosphere throughout. The structure has been built on two levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The ground floor opens up with a wide, well decorated income; a spacious living room with a lovely fireplace, armchairs and sofa, as well as satellite TV and stereo system; a large dining room with a dining table seating 12 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities and bathroom. There is also located a laundry room with washing machine and ironing set and several cabinets, along with an armoured room with safe. It has direct access to the extensive garden where there is a barbeque area and furniture for outdoor meals and family reunions or simply admiring the panoramic view. On the first floor there is located the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bathtub and sauna; the second bedroom is a wide area equipped with TV set and an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is the largest one and has its own bathroom as well. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated with modern furnishings along with typical Tuscan elements such as the beamed ceiling.

    The villa is encircled by a beautiful garden, where on the centre there is located the exclusive swimming pool with hydro-massage system along with sun loungers, chairs and tables, cold and warm shower and a gazebo. It is also supplied with a lighting system for a romantic dive under the moonlight. There are ample spaces for children to safely play, as well as hammocks for relaxing. Covered parking spots are available also. Guests can buy and enjoy local products for a true Tuscan experience.

   The closest village, Figline, is only 1,5 km away from the villa and you can find there any kind of shop or service. Prato centre is only 6 km away, while the renowned city of Florence only 15 km far. Nearby, there are also available sporting clubs with tennis courts, a thermal spa and pool, horse riding stables and golf courses. There are wine tours in the surrounding area as well, where wine cellars are opened for tasting. The villa has been divided with the owners living in a part of the villa and will always be at your disposal for help or information.
