   Villa Luna is located only one kilometre away from the wonderful town of Lucignano (Arezzo) in Tuscany and represents a perfect combination between the panoramic countryside frame together with the immediate vicinity of gourmet restaurants, cafes, shops of the medieval walled town. It is immersed in extensive gardens and offers splendid views over Chiana valley.

   The interiors of the villa are stylishly but comfortably decorated, supplied with all modern amenities while retaining original rustic Tuscan architectural features such as the external light-stone walls and stairs, the stone or terracotta-tiled floors, the narrow-beamed, terracotta-tiled ceilings, the internal exposed-tile archways, the whitewashed walls and the massive wood-burning fireplaces. The ground floor has a living room, well-appointed dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen with brick-arched alcove, sitting room with fireplace and double bedroom where French doors open to the lawn terrace; bathroom with shower. The first level comprises of one king suite with bathroom with shower, one queen bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower, one king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a first floor sitting room with fireplace and TV and outside staircase leading to the garden. The second level has a large bedroom with two single beds that can also be joined. Downstairs from the ground floor there is located a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

   The villa is bordered by cypress trees and immersed in acacias, oak, olive and fig trees and colourful oleander, lavender and rosemary bushes, which are only a few of the beautiful natural attractions. In a secluded part of the grounds there is located a very elaborate swimming pool surrounded by lounges and chairs. Also, there are available tables and chairs for outside dining. Laundry facilities are housed in a separate room at the ground-floor level. To one side there is a wooden gazebo which provides a barbeque. However, if you are willing to taste some traditional home-made specialties, a cook is available upon request at extra charge. Facilities available nearby are horse riding; bike riding; nature hikes; thermal spas; hot-air balloon flights; wine tours and tasting; delicious dining; as well as nearby well renowned destinations such as Montepulciano, Pienza and Cortona, which are situated at a 30-minute drive; Montalcino; Torrita di Siena; Sinalunga; Lucignano; Arezzo; Lake Trasimeno; the Abbey/Monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore; the ancient Umbrian hilltop town of Perugia and Assisi; Siena (45-minute drive); Florence (one-hour drive).
