   Casa Figline is a splendid villa situated close to the ancient town of Figline Valdarno, which is the very heart of the triangle that the location of Florence, Siena and Arezzo form. Among the main attractions of the city is the medieval piazza which is surrounded by historical buildings which host great work of art. At the same time, the city of Florence is only 40 km away from the villa, while Sienna and Arezzo are easily accessible as well, if willing to explore further.

   The swimming pool is situated close to the villa and is located in the beautiful surrounding gardens, which wrap around the house on three sides and are planted with trees and shrubs, along with pots and tubs with Mediterranean flowers. The professionally landscaped area around the pool is very relaxing, with sun loungers, planted pots, a tiled circular loggia and invitingly shady mature trees to harbour from the sun heat. Here you can also enjoy the panoramic countryside landscape of the vineyards over to the far-away Valdarno and Pratomagno hills.

   The villa welcomes you with a covered loggia and opens up into a wide area entrance hall with terracotta tiled floors and a traditional tiled and beamed ceiling. The main stairwell on the ground floor has on its left a bathroom with shower. The dining room ahead has an oval dining table and chairs, a dresser on one side and an open fireplace. The spacious lighted kitchen on the left is fully-equipped, providing a modern oven with gas hobs, a microwave oven, dishwasher and free standing fridge/freezer. It leads to a large well furnished terrace, while on the right of the lounge there is located a utility room with washing machine and internal access to the covered loggia, which has access to the garden near the pool.

   The upper floor has four uniquely and well furnished bedrooms. On the right there is a large lighted double-bed bedroom, with a wardrobe, painted ceilings, wooden furniture, as well as painted scrollwork bed frame. Also, on one side there is a double sofabed. Another stairwell leads to the second level, where there is located a tastefully furnished bedroom with a painted double bed, wardrobe and other furniture, while on the opposite there is a bathroom with shower.
